FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
-
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR CLASS?
New Clients:
To ensure everyone’s safety, we require that new clients arrive 10 minutes before class begins. This allows time for an introduction to the instructor, the equipment, and the method.
For your safety, new clients will not be permitted to join class without this introduction. Thank you for understanding.

Please plan to arrive on time. After 5 minutes past the start of class, entry will not be permitted.
Doors will be locked at that point to ensure a safe and uninterrupted experience for everyone.
If you arrive late, your spot may be given to a walk-in or waitlisted client. -
HOW DOES THE WAITLIST WORK?
If a class is full, you can join the waitlist (up to 10 spots available).
If you’re added from the waitlist into class within the 8-hour cancellation window, the standard cancellation policy still applies.
